In 2016 I was tasked with creating the Botox Cosmetic sales aid. We had a successful product on our hands (who doesn’t know the name Botox?), but it was time to evolve our story and bring added value to HCPs. We did this by shifting our narrative to incorporate strong data regarding patient satisfaction and retention rates. We showed these entrepreneurial HCPs that by offering Botox Cosmetic, you create a loyal and expanding patient base.
